HAWKSBILL
Grace Bay
Hawksbill Turks and Caicos is an eight-bedroom (can be rented as five, six, or eight bedrooms) Caribbean estate home spread across a number of separate buildings throughout the four+ acre site. It can also be combined with the three-bedroom Hawksbill Turks and Caicos Beach House property next door to provide 11 bedrooms in total. Designed as a multi-generational Caribbean retreat for its owners and their family it has a contemporary Caribbean design language that is both transitional and responsive to its clients individual personalities.
The Hawksbill Turks and Caicos main house accommodates a beautiful, stately Great Room with unrivalled views over Grace Bay. A separate family space houses games, a big screen TV and access to 4 ensuite bedrooms, 2 of which have ocean views and 2 are set up as ‘kids rooms’. Head upstairs via a cantilevered walnut staircase projecting from a native stone wall to find a stunning master suite with fully pocketing doors and ocean views at every turn. The kitchen and screened terrace open towards the oversized pool and lap pool, hot tub, fire pit and extensive stone terrace. On the opposite side of the pool from the main house stands another master suite for ultimate privacy. It boasts double shower with views to the ocean and an additional generous private bathing courtyard.
There are also paddleboards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment for the water sports enthusiast and a private dock allows guests to be picked up for boat excursions.
TRANQUILITY
Grace Bay
TRANQUILITY is an expansive neoclassical beachfront estate located at Leeward Beach on Providenciales, and is one of the most exclusive villas in the Turks and Caicos. The property has 11 bedrooms, with accommodations for 22.
Nightly rates range from $35,000 to $45,000, depending on the season, with peak pricing during holidays. Stays at Tranquility include full staff service, including a butler, concierge, and private chef.
Leeward is an upscale residential community on the north-eastern end of Providenciales. Central Grace Bay, home to many of the island’s shops and restaurants, is a five minute drive away. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS), where all scheduled international flights to the Turks and Caicos arrive and all private aircraft FBOs are located, is about 15 minutes away.
